Grammy-winning director Jack Begert set to helm Dock Ellis biopic 'Dock'

Jack Begert, Grammy winner for Kendrick Lamar's 'Not Like Us' and a 2024 Sundance prize-winner for his feature debut 'Little Death', will direct 'Dock' from his own script, Deadline reported. The film chronicles Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Dock Ellis, who threw a no-hitter on 12 June 1970 while under the influence of LSD. O'Shea Jackson Jr. has exited the lead; recasting is underway.
