PBS debuts first new 'New York: A Documentary Film' episodes in over 20 years

PBS will debut two new episodes of Ric Burns' "New York: A Documentary Film" on 21 and 22 September — the first instalments since 2003. The episodes, "Shadows of the Past" and "The Future of Cities," are the ninth and 10th in a project that began airing in 1999. Burns worked on them for more than a decade, per The Hollywood Reporter.
