Roku commissions Paris Hilton documentary 'The It Girls: Inside the 2000s'

Roku has commissioned "The It Girls: Inside the 2000s" (working title), a documentary examining how paparazzi and tabloids turned celebrities into commodities. Paris Hilton will executive produce and appear, via 11:11 Media, with EverWonder Studio and Hi Mom Productions. The project, in pre-production and slated for 2027, adapts Sarah Ditum's book "Toxic." Brian Tannenbaum, head of originals at Roku Media, confirmed the deal.
