Sánchez links Ceuta migration crisis to coordinated disinformation
After 70,000 migrants entered Ceuta in July 2026, with up to 141 dead, PM Sánchez blamed criminal gangs for exploiting a narrow court ruling through disinformation spread via accounts linked to Russia, Israel, and the far right. He cleared Morocco, saying no intelligence agency disputes its non-involvement. Around 1,500 migrants remain.
