Three Federal Policies Expire September 30, Each Needing Congressional Action

Three federal policies expire September 30, 2026: RECA radiation compensation for veterans, the No Tax on Tips provision, and the No Tax on Overtime provision. Each needs a separate vote to extend. Lawmakers returning the week of August 31 have about one month before the fiscal year ends and these provisions lapse.
