2027 Pokémon World Championships set for Singapore, returning to Asia after four years

The Pokémon Company announced the 2027 Pokémon World Championships will run August 13–17 at Singapore EXPO. The event returns to Asia for the first time since Yokohama in 2023. The announcement closed the 2026 Worlds in San Francisco, which drew 50,000 attendees. The Pokémon Company confirmed PokémonXP, a fan experience debuted at the 2026 event, will not return in Singapore. Qualification and ticketing details are unannounced.
