Aaron Donald Ends Two-Year Retirement, Rejoins Rams for 2026 Season

Three-time Defensive Player of the Year Aaron Donald is coming out of retirement after two years to rejoin the Los Angeles Rams for the 2026 season, the club confirmed on 30 August 2026. Donald, 35, retired on 15 March 2024 after ten seasons, 111 sacks and a Super Bowl. His letter to Commissioner Goodell read: "I'm Back." ESPN and NFL Network report a one-year, $20 million deal.
