Everton keep Armstrong after fan backlash kills Forest sale
Everton's board unanimously scrapped plans to sell 19-year-old academy midfielder Harrison Armstrong to Nottingham Forest after supporters chanted his name throughout a 1-1 draw at Bournemouth and warned of a "riot" if he left. Forest had bid £40m plus a sell-on clause for the England Under-19 international. Armstrong stays at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
