Rodrigo and Morissette rework "Ironic" lyric at queer-inclusive Daisy Chain Fields festival

At the inaugural Daisy Chain Fields festival in Irvine, California, on Aug. 29, 2026, Olivia Rodrigo and Alanis Morissette duetted on "Ironic," changing the lyric "beautiful wife" to "beautiful husband." Morissette was a last-minute fill-in for Karen O, who pulled out due to a personal matter. The all-women, queer-inclusive event raised $10 million for nonprofits supporting women and girls, Billboard reported.
