Filip Hrgovic is the new IBF heavyweight champion after Moses Itauma's corner threw in the towel in round nine at London's O2 Arena on 29 August 2026. Itauma, 20, led on points and hurt Hrgovic early, but emptied his tank chasing a stoppage. Hrgovic (now 21-1, 15 KOs) rallied as the younger man faded, and Itauma's team intervened.
