Celtic's McCowan deletes social media after LASK abuse; Brown says it should never have come to that

Celtic midfielder Luke McCowan deleted his Instagram and Twitter accounts after online abuse over his performance in the Champions League play-off defeat by LASK. Former captain Scott Brown told BBC Scotland McCowan should not have been pushed to that point. Days later, McCowan received an ovation from the Parkhead crowd when he came off the bench against Falkirk.
