Laurie Anderson Contributes Manuscript to Oslo's Future Library, Sealed Until 2114
Laurie Anderson, named the 2026 Kyoto Prize laureate in Arts and Philosophy, becomes the 13th contributor to Oslo's Future Library — a project preserving unread manuscripts in a sealed room at Deichman Bjørvika library until 2114. Her text joins works by Margaret Atwood, Han Kang, and Karl Ove Knausgård. Anderson said she hopes to write something useful about love for those future readers.
