Former Love Productions MD sues Sky over Bake Off poaching plan

Letty Kavanagh, former managing director of Love Productions, has filed lawsuits against Sky for wrongful dismissal and breach of contract, per Deadline (29 August 2026) and The Telegraph (7 August 2026). She claims she was fired for objecting to Sky's 2025 bid, codenamed Project Rise, to move Bake Off from Channel 4. Sky rejects the allegations and will defend itself.
