MLB suspended Dominican prospect David Severino after an investigation found an elaborate age-fraud plot, ESPN reported. The scheme, orchestrated by trainer Francisco Nieves with the player's parents' approval, included a fake birth certificate, fraudulent death certificate, and a fabricated tombstone planted at a La Romana gravesite. Severino's real name is Daury David Severino Damaso, born April 2, 2010.
