Unreleased Nvidia DLSS 5 found in NBA 2K27 build, modders run it across a dozen games within hours

A 158 MB DLSS 5 neural rendering DLL, signed August 2026 and identified as version 310.8.0.0, was discovered in NBA 2K27's early access build. The RenoDX modding community built a toolset within hours, running it across more than a dozen games including Cyberpunk 2077 and GTA V. Nvidia has not announced a release date; its press release targets fall 2026.
