ICE Detains Milo Yiannopoulos at New Orleans Airport Over Visa Overstay

ICE detained far-right commentator Milo Yiannopoulos on August 27, 2026, at New Orleans International Airport. DHS says he legally entered the US in May 2019 but overstayed his visa. An immigration judge issued a final removal order on July 22, 2026, after he missed his hearing. He remains in ICE custody in Louisiana pending removal.
