Golf Channel shelves completed Big Break reboot season; return pushed to 2027

Golf Channel has permanently shelved the debut season of its Big Break reboot, filmed in April–May with 12 competitors at Horseshoe Bay Resort near Austin. Title sponsor Good Good withdrew after a since-removed social media ad depicting a member knocking down a female golfer drew backlash. Golf Channel said it "could not complete this season" and pointed to 2027 for the show's return.
