Pokémon's Aardman stop-motion series lands exclusively on Disney+ in 2027

The Pokémon Company has named Disney+ the exclusive worldwide streaming home of "Pokémon Tales: The Misadventures of Sirfetch'd & Pichu," a stop-motion series produced by Aardman, the studio behind Wallace & Gromit. Announced at PokémonXP on 28 August 2026, the series will also air on Disney XD. A specific 2027 release date has not been announced.
