Tupac murder trial heads to jury after prosecution plays Davis jailhouse recording

Prosecutors in Las Vegas rested their case on 26 August 2026 after calling 24 witnesses and playing more than eight hours of recordings, mostly of Duane "Keffe D" Davis discussing the killing. Among them: a 2023 jailhouse clip where Davis said, "I got blood on my money." The defense called three witnesses in under two hours. Davis, 63, did not testify.
