'Villeneuve: Rise of a Legend' trailer debuts ahead of TIFF 2026 Closing Night premiere

The Hollywood Reporter exclusively debuted the trailer for 'Villeneuve: Rise of a Legend,' a Canadian biographical drama on Ferrari driver Gilles Villeneuve, who won six Grands Prix before his death at Zolder in 1982. Directed by Yan Lanouette Turgeon and starring Remi Goulet, the film world-premieres as TIFF 2026's Closing Night selection on 19 September. Le Pacte handles international sales.
