Perrottet reverses ICAC testimony on fugitive developer Nassif

Charles Perrottet told ICAC on August 28 that he advised fugitive developer Jean Nassif from December 2019 and was paid through his wife Anita. This contradicts his August 24 evidence that he had no involvement with Nassif or his company Toplace. ICAC's Operation Rosny is examining whether Nassif made $2 million in undeclared political donations.
