Apple TV+ monthly price up 50% since 2025 after second consecutive August hike

Apple TV+ raised its U.S. monthly rate to $14.99 from $12.99 and its annual plan to $119 from $99, effective 28 August 2026, per Deadline. Combined with last August's hike from $9.99 to $12.99, the monthly rate has climbed 50% since 2025. Existing subscribers get roughly one month's notice before the new price applies.
