Dutch court hands life sentence for role in Rwanda's 1994 genocide

A court in The Hague sentenced 66-year-old Dutch-Rwandan Eugene N to life imprisonment for genocide and war crimes during Rwanda's 1994 genocide. Prosecutors proved he directed attacks on Tutsis at a football stadium in Mbazi, where victims were shot, grenaded, and macheted. He denied all charges.
