AMC to Screen Two Dolly Parton Films at 200 U.S. Theatres Starting Friday

AMC Theatres will screen 'Steel Magnolias' (1989) and 'The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas' (1982) at roughly 200 U.S. locations from August 28 through September 2, 2026, Variety reports. Two daily matinees at Fan Faves value pricing follow Parton's death at 80 on August 25 in Nashville. Locations include her home state of Tennessee.
