Authentic Brands Group Acquires 51% of Drake's OVO Brand; Drake Keeps 44%, Vince Holding Corp Takes Operating Business

Authentic Brands Group acquired a 51% controlling stake in OVO's intellectual property on August 27, 2026. Drake retains 44%; Vince Holding Corp holds 5% and acquired OVO's operating business outright as core apparel licensee. Financial terms were not disclosed. OVO, co-founded by Drake in 2008, operates 12 flagship stores and joins a portfolio including Reebok, Champion and Brooks Brothers.
