Paramount marks Star Trek's 60th anniversary across three countries on September 8

Star Trek turns 60 on September 8, the date the original series premiered on NBC in 1966. Paramount's celebration spans the US, UK and Germany: 750-plus US theatres screen 4K restorations from September 4–8, London's Science Museum hosts a Guinness World Record attempt for the Vulcan Salute, and Movie Park Germany stages a fan day. Paramount+ ties the slate to more than 10 series and all 13 films.
