Danny Ramirez joins Universal's 'Miami Vice '85'

Danny Ramirez has joined Universal Pictures' 'Miami Vice '85', Deadline reported on 27 August 2026. He stars alongside Michael B. Jordan and Austin Butler; Alden Ehrenreich, Camila Morrone and Whitney Peak round out the ensemble. Joseph Kosinski directs the Imax-shot feature, dated for 19 May 2028, with production set to begin in 2026. Ramirez's role was not disclosed.
