Blue Jays pitcher's painting goes on display at the Art Gallery of Ontario

A painting by Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Dylan Cease went on display in Walker Court at the Art Gallery of Ontario on 25 August 2026, drawing a queue nearly two blocks long. The AGO shop launched a limited-edition "AGO x Cease" retail line — prints, apparel and postcards — with proceeds benefiting the gallery. Cease told The Art Newspaper he has been painting only since 2022.
