BBC's Brittin Proposes Turning iPlayer Into a YouTube-Style Open Platform With a 'Public Service Algorithm'

He dubbed the proposal "iPlayer 2.0." Brittin previously oversaw YouTube across EMEA. He said the plans are not yet "policy."
