FIA ethics committee asked to investigate fallout from ban lifted by its own overseers

Ukraine's motorsport federation filed a complaint with the FIA ethics committee over the RAF operating offices in occupied Ukrainian territory. But statute changes last year placed that committee under FIA president Mohammed ben Sulayem and senate president Carmello Sanz de Barros — the same officials who proposed lifting the ban on Russian competitors.
