Neon releases 'Fjord' trailer, landing a seventh straight Palme d'Or

Neon debuted the trailer for Cristian Mungiu's 'Fjord,' its seventh consecutive Palme d'Or winner, on 27 August 2026 (Deadline). The distributor acquired U.S., Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand rights before the film's Cannes premiere. 'Fjord' opens theatrically on 9 October, set for awards season (Screen Daily, Variety).
