Producer Manny Halley takes 25-year lease on Pacoima Studios, rebrands as Imani Studio

Producer Manny Halley, through his Imani Media Group, has taken a 25-year lease on Pacoima Studios in the San Fernando Valley, Deadline reported on 27 August 2026. The four-stage, 125,000-square-foot facility on a six-acre campus is being rebranded Imani Studio, with an option to buy the complex. The land remains owned by Rexford Industrial Realty. The existing staff stays in place.
