
Girl in red makes feature acting debut in Cannes-selected 'Low Expectations'
Norwegian pop artist Marie Ulven, known as girl in red, makes her feature acting debut leading Eivind Landsvik's drama 'Low Expectations,' produced by Maipo Film. The film premiered at Cannes' Directors' Fortnight, screened at Haugesund, and has sold to multiple territories through sales agency Salaud Morisset. Ulven plays Maja, a musician who unravels under mental illness, drug abuse and pressure. She told Variety she wants more acting roles.
