Xbox releases 18-minute Fable gameplay demo at Gamescom

Xbox released an 18-minute Fable gameplay demo at Gamescom, narrated by Playground Games art director Conar Cross. The walkthrough covers Bowerstone, a quest titled "The Last of the Greats," and combat using the Strength, Skill and Will system. Spells shown include Fireball, Lightning and Befowl. Fable launches on February 23, 2027, having been delayed over GTA 6 concerns.
