Godzilla Minus Zero to close New York Film Festival 26 September, opens North America 6 November

Toho and Gkids have set the calendar for Godzilla Minus Zero, Yamazaki Takashi's sequel to the Oscar-winning Godzilla Minus One. The film closes the 64th New York Film Festival on 26 September, opens in Japan on 3 November and goes wide across North America — domestic, the United States and Canada — on 6 November, per Variety. Gkids, acquired by Toho in 2024, distributes.
