Parallax takes international sales on Anuparna Roy's Venice Horizons entry 'Lovers in the Blue Night'

Parallax has acquired international sales rights — licensing to distributors outside the home market — to Anuparna Roy's second feature 'Lovers in the Blue Night,' ahead of its world premiere in the Horizons competition at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival (2–12 September 2026). Roy last year became the first Indian director to win the section's best director prize. The film is the only Indian entry in Horizons (Variety, 27 August 2026).
