Chris Hansen buys cinema ads before screenings of A24's Primetime — a film he has not been allowed to see

Chris Hansen, portrayed by Robert Pattinson in A24's *Primetime*, has bought four weeks of pre-show ads for his streaming network TruBlu before the film's 25 September theatrical release. Hansen had no involvement in the film and was barred from a private screening after refusing an NDA he said required surrendering rights to his name, image and brand.
