Fenerbahçe end 18-year Champions League exile by beating Lyon

Fenerbahçe will play in the Champions League league stage for the first time in 18 years after beating Olympique Lyonnais in their qualifying play-off. Goals from Vedat Muriqi and Archie Brown carried the Turkish side through in Lyon, with the first leg having finished 1-1 in Istanbul. Fenerbahçe join the 36-team league stage starting in September.
