Dalí painting 'Paranonia' redated to 1937–38 after Leonardo link found
Research for the Dalí Museum's exhibition 'Dalí: Disruption + Devotion' in St. Petersburg, Florida has redated Salvador Dalí's painting 'Paranonia' from 1935 to around 1937–38. The finding links the work to Leonardo da Vinci's preparatory sketches for 'The Battle of Anghiari,' a lost mural in Florence's Palazzo Vecchio. Artnet News reported the redating on 26 August 2026.
