Boston Scientific told the SEC a cyberattack is causing ongoing global disruption to its IT systems, crippling order processing and shipping for pacemakers, stents, and other implantable devices. There is no restoration timeline. Staff at its Cork, Ireland campus were sent home. Shares fell roughly 4%. The threat actor and attack vector remain undisclosed.
