Banijay is closing All3Media International's New York office on 28 August, making all roles there redundant. EVP Americas Jennifer Askin is departing. The single-digit layoffs are an early consequence of the Banijay-All3Media merger, completed in July 2026 into an $8 billion entity. Deadline first reported the closure.
