Skydance Sports hires Amazon MGM's Kitty Gambel to build unscripted slate

Skydance Sports has hired Kitty Gambel as SVP of Alternative Unscripted, per Deadline (26 August 2026). Gambel joins from Amazon MGM Alternative, where she oversaw development and current programming on titles including NBC's The Voice and CBS's Survivor. She starts 8 September, reporting to Head of Unscripted Jon Weinbach at the Paramount-owned studio.
