AMC Studios locks 'Talamasca' showrunner Mark Lafferty to two-year overall deal

Mark Lafferty has signed a two-year overall deal with AMC Studios — a pact where a writer-producer develops projects exclusively for one studio — and launched Steady State Productions, based there. Lafferty, co-showrunner on AMC's Anne Rice series 'Talamasca: The Secret Order,' will develop series for AMC and outside streamers.
