Iowa and Montana Ask Supreme Court to Freeze 12-State Suit Blocking Paramount's $110 Billion Warner Bros. Discovery Takeover

Iowa and Montana filed a 56-page motion with the U.S. Supreme Court asking it to freeze a 12-state antitrust suit blocking Paramount's $110 billion Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition. The two states argue that 12 states should not veto a deal cleared by the federal government and 38 other states. The Supreme Court has not indicated whether it will hear the motion.
