Jaye P. Morgan, singer and 'Gong Show' judge, dies at 94

Jaye P. Morgan died 24 August 2026 at 94, her family announced. Born Mary Margaret Morgan in 1931, she appeared in the 1935 film 'Stars Over Broadway' before her fourth birthday, sang with the Frank DeVol Orchestra (1950–53), headlined 1950s variety television, and served as a celebrity judge on 'The Gong Show' (1976–78). She portrayed herself in Clooney's 2002 'Confessions of a Dangerous Mind'. She is survived by her son, Paul.
