Williams sisters awarded US Open doubles wild card

Serena and Venus Williams have received a wild card into the 2026 US Open doubles draw — a discretionary entry that bypasses qualifying. It is their first doubles appearance together at Flushing Meadows since 2022, when they lost in the first round. The sisters hold a 27-7 US Open doubles record and won the title in 1999 and 2009.
