Disney+ commissions Blind Date reboot as a Hulu original for EMEA, with Maura Higgins presenting

Disney+ has commissioned a reboot of the UK dating format Blind Date as a Hulu original for its EMEA market, with Maura Higgins presenting. The show last aired on Channel 5 from 2017 to 2019. Sean Doyle, VP of unscripted at Disney+ EMEA, commissioned the series, expected to stream in 2027. Stellify Media, backed by Sony Pictures Television, and ITV Studios' So TV produce.
