Disney+ has ordered "Mad Love" (working title), a six-part romantic comedy-drama created and written by playwright Kate Cortesi, per The Hollywood Reporter. The straight-to-series U.K. Original follows Maddy Caruso, a British wedding planner in the Italian countryside. Element Pictures and Sinestra produce. Angela Jain and Lee Mason commissioned it for Disney+ EMEA. No cast, date or production start confirmed.
