Uefa set to end Fifa boycott after World Cup sell-off guarantee
Uefa is poised to lift its boycott of all Fifa competitions after receiving binding written guarantees that no future plan to sell stakes in the World Cup will be put forward. A formal decision is expected at Uefa's executive committee meeting on Thursday in Monte Carlo. The boycott began after Gianni Infantino's Fifa Forward Enterprise privatisation proposal. Uefa still wants Infantino replaced.
