Pucovski sues Brighton Grammar over 2014 school concussion that lawyers say ended his career

Former Test batter Will Pucovski, who retired medically in April 2025 after 13 career concussions, has filed a writ in Victoria's Supreme Court alleging Brighton Grammar was "grossly" in breach of duty of care over a 2014 Australian rules football training incident. Knocked unconscious aged 16, he was returned to the drill without medical assessment and his parents were never told, the writ claims. None of the claims has been tested in court.
